Dautzen offers a two (2) year warranty on our products.
We warrant our products against defects in the materials, workmanship, or mechanism of each item. Under normal use and service, Dautzen will repair or replace any defects in the material, workmanship, or mechanism of the product, as determined solely by Dautzen.
The warranty does not include cosmetic damages to the product not related to the materials or workmanship of the product.
